  • Community organisations (tenants): If you join a community organisation on our platform, the organisation's administrators will have access to your membership and event participation data within their organisation.

    • Stripe — payment processing for platform subscriptions
    • PayPal — payment processing for event tickets (configured by each organisation)
    • Brevo (Sendinblue) — transactional email delivery
    • Microsoft Azure — cloud hosting and infrastructure
  • Legal authorities: Where required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries outside the UK and EEA, including India (where our development team is based).
